Academy

The Academy is the training and research center of Workplace of Hope. At its core is the training program “Embracing Uncertainty with Hope.”

Through an ongoing exchange between theory and practice, the training supports project leaders and trainers in the infrastructure and construction sector in developing ways of working that acknowledge and engage with uncertainty.
