These include connections that create space between client and contractor, projects and residents, and people and nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on this, participants examine from multiple perspectives what constitutes the underlying elements of these \u201cbutterflies.\u201d If a butterfly represents something new, we give attention to the existing system it emerges from: how that system currently operates, why it no longer functions sufficiently, and what continues to sustain it.
